1. Who runs this website

arkira.ventures is run by Arkira Ventures, MB (a small partnership, mažoji bendrija), company code 306351429, VAT code LT100019659116, registered at Smiltelės g. 53-11, LT-94262 Klaipėda, Lithuania. Contact: hello@arkira.ventures. By using the site you accept these terms. Please don’t use it if you don’t.

2. Information, not an offer or advice

The content describes our services, methods and past work. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation, and not a binding offer. Formats, timings and scopes on the site are typical examples. What we deliver, when and for how much is set only in a written proposal or agreement.

3. Sending us a brief

• A brief or email creates no obligation for you or for us. We aim to reply within two business days.
• You keep all rights in what you send. You allow us to use it only to assess your request, reply and prepare a proposal.
• We treat the contents of briefs and early conversations as confidential. We share them only with the service providers who run our email and form, as described in the privacy policy. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing details, ask and we’ll sign one.
• Please don’t send passwords, access keys or personal data you don’t need to share. We’ll ask for what we need once there’s an agreement.

4. Working with us

Services are provided only under a written agreement or an accepted proposal. Its terms, including scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and data protection, take priority over anything on this website. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, we sign a data processing agreement.

5. Case studies, figures and demos

• Figures in case studies come from each project’s own records, with their source and date where shown.
• Where client data, private financial data or personal data can’t be shown, visuals and interactive dashboards use dummy data or illustrations, and say so.
• Clients are named only with their permission. Otherwise they are described in general terms.
• Past results describe what happened on those projects. They don’t promise the same outcome for yours.
• The interactive dashboards run entirely in your browser on built-in sample data. Nothing you click or enter in them is sent to us.

6. Using the site fairly

You may browse, link to and share pages freely. You may not:

• try to break into, overload, probe or disrupt the site or the services behind it;
• send automated, bulk or misleading submissions through the form;
• copy the site wholesale, or present its content, design or code as your own;
• use the site’s content to train AI models, or scrape it for commercial reuse, without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, visuals, interactive dashboards, code and design of this site, and the Arkira name and logo, belong to Arkira Ventures, MB or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source. Please ask before using our logo. Names, screenshots and marks of third-party products and services belong to their owners and are used only to describe our work with them.

8. Links to other sites

We link to live products and to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time, and we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Liability

The site is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We’d rather settle any disagreement by talking first, so please write to hello@arkira.ventures. Disputes that can’t be settled are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the day it is published.
